How To Join NSS

To become a part of the unit, students must undergo a selection process that includes three main stages: filling out an application form, submitting an essay (on a topic that will be announced later), and attending an interview. This process is designed to identify students who are genuinely passionate about contributing to the entity’s mission.

Once the academic year begins, the Executive Committee, which is responsible for overseeing the selection process, releases notifications and instructions through various platforms. Interested students must collect the application form, complete it along with the essay, and submit both to the committee by the given deadline.

After the submission phase, applicants are called for an interview. This is an opportunity for the committee to assess the candidate’s passion, interest, and commitment to the unit’s goals. During the selection period, the committee may also invite applicants to participate in events organized by the club. This participation, however, is optional and based on the committee’s discretion.

After completing all three stages of the selection process, the committee publishes the enrollment list. Please note that the list may undergo revisions before the final version is released. Only the names appearing on the final list will be considered selected. The total number of volunteers admitted to the unit is limited to 100.
